01 90-day satisfaction guarantee
Full refund within 90 days — no explanations required
You may request a full refund within 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Applies to all Mighty Munchers products
- Applies to both regular-priced and promotional items
- Covers first-time and repeat customers on the latest purchase
- Mighty Munchers will provide a return shipping label if a return is required — otherwise we may ask you to simply dispose of the product and we will issue a refund
Once approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price.
02 How to request a refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
03 Return of products
- In some cases, we may request that unused or partially used products be returned
- Return instructions and the return address will be provided if required
- Products returned must be in reasonable condition unless defective or damaged
04 Exceptions — situations outside our control
While we aim to be fair and flexible, refunds for these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis where issues are beyond Mighty Munchers’ control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events
- Refusal of delivery by the recipient
In these cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at our discretion.
