02 How to request a refund

1. Email us at hello@mightymunchers.com within 90 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout
3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

03 Return of products

• In some cases, we may request that unused or partially used products be returned
• Return instructions and the return address will be provided if required
• Products returned must be in reasonable condition unless defective or damaged

04 Exceptions — situations outside our control

While we aim to be fair and flexible, refunds for these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis where issues are beyond Mighty Munchers’ control, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing
• Delivery delays caused by carrier services, customs, or force majeure events
• Refusal of delivery by the recipient

In these cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at our discretion.

05 Damaged or incorrect orders

06 Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Free promotional or bonus items

07 Returns & exchanges

At Mighty Munchers, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we proudly stand behind our products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee (subject to our fraud/abuse safeguards).

If you need a different item, simply request a refund for your original purchase and place a new order for the product you need. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing for you.

08 Abuse & policy integrity

Mighty Munchers reserves the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
