Every ingredient below is chosen for bioavailability, safety at pediatric doses, and meaningful impact on growing bodies.
Ascorbic acid — the classic immune powerhouse. We use a buffered form that's gentle on sensitive stomachs while delivering full potency.
Cholecalciferol — the sunshine vitamin in its most bioavailable form. D3 outperforms D2 at raising serum levels by up to 87%, which is why we choose it exclusively.
Sambucus nigra standardized to 5% anthocyanins. Clinical studies show elderberry reduces duration of cold and flu symptoms in children. We use a concentrated extract, not a diluted powder.
Zinc bisglycinate — the chelated form with superior absorption over zinc oxide. Essential for immune cell development and over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body.
Algae-derived DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — the same omega-3 found in fish oil, but sourced directly from algae. Cleaner, vegan, and without the fishy aftertaste kids hate.
Choline bitartrate — an essential nutrient most children don't get enough of from diet alone. Critical for neurotransmitter synthesis (acetylcholine) and healthy brain cell membranes.
Calcium citrate — chosen over cheaper calcium carbonate because it absorbs 2.5× better and doesn't require stomach acid to dissolve. Critical during the bone-building years of ages 4–12.
MK-7 form of K2 (menaquinone-7) — the most bioactive and longest-lasting form. Directs calcium to bones and teeth rather than soft tissues. Works synergistically with D3.
Iron bisglycinate chelate — the most gentle and absorbable form. Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional gaps in children, affecting energy, focus, and development.
Magnesium glycinate — the most gentle and bioavailable form. Over 300 enzymatic reactions depend on magnesium. Especially important for sleep quality and stress regulation in kids.
Suntheanine® — a patented, pharmaceutical-grade L-Theanine derived from green tea. Promotes calm without drowsiness during the day, and deeper sleep at night. Safe for children at pediatric doses.
